Did you know there are different grades of tea, with young whole tea leaf being the highest? Join us for this quick, fun and informative hands-on tea brewing session. Allow us to guide you into the world of tea. You will be happy you did! Learn how to brew tea in the gong fu style with this hands-on session while sampling delicious tea. You will: - learn about the different types of tea - learn how to get the best flavors and aroma from the tea leaf - get lots of practice brewing and tasting each tea - learn about the tools of gong fu tea and how to use them This course includes two tea, one from each of the major categories: White & Aged White Teas, Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Red (Black Tea), and Pu'Er Tea. If you didn't understand that part above about the types of tea, then you should sign up for our session today. :) The session is held at our majestic root wood gong fu tea table.
